  • If the taste of water is the reason for you, just squeezing some lime or orange to it so you will get the flavour.
  • Habituate to drink a glass of water before and after your each meal. By this, you can control the foods intake to your body.
  • Also, drink a glass or two when you get up in the morning and when you want to sleep at night.
