One of the most important parts of a fitness program is arm exercise. To achieve maximum benefit of the arm exercises, you should involve the biceps and triceps. First of all, you should always start with stretching such as push-ups, chin-ups and the like. The first exercise you may perform is called the triceps-crusher. The triceps-crusher will work your upper arms those are the biceps and triceps. Do this by lying on your back on somewhere solid such as floor or a bench while your hands hold the dumbbells. Just keep your hands a shoulder width apart and palms out. Bend your elbows to a ninety-degree angle and then lower the weight toward your head. Repeat the movement by squeezing your triceps to push back to start.

The next arm exercise you can perform is the triceps-dip. This is such a great exercise because all you need is only a stable chair such as a bench, a kitchen chair and the like. Sit on the bench and bring your hips in front of the bench while keeping your knees bend at the ninety degree angle. Then push yourself back up without locking your elbows. Keep it slowly first and do it in three repetitions of ten.

Another arm exercise you can perform is the tricep extensions which is accomplished by lying on a bench with a dumbbell extended upward. Bend at the elbow until the weight lies so above the forehead without moving your upper arms. Press the weight back into starting position by using the triceps. Do as much reps as you can handle.

There still many simply arm exercises you can perform those require no equipment but your bodyweight such as push-ups and so on.
