They attend aerobic classes to lose those extra fats in their body. One of the best form of aerobics to losing weight is dancing. Aerobic dancing will create lots of metabolism in the body hence it can burn the fats easily. Dancing regularly for one hour thrice a week and combined with healthy diet, will give you an excellent results.
